Mugs & care
What makes an Urboria Orivon mug different?
Each current design pairs a message along the inner rim with an illustration at the bottom. The message appears as you drink; the illustration is revealed as the cup empties.
How much does each mug hold?
The current Green Panda, Blue Whale, and Yellow Dog mugs each hold 12 fl oz.
What is included?
One ceramic mug in a protective, gift-ready box. Each product is sold individually.
Can I use the mugs for drinks other than coffee?
Yes. They can be used for coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and other hot or cold drinks.
Are the mugs microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe?
All current designs are microwave-safe. Care instructions can vary by design, so check the Care section on the product page for dishwasher guidance before use.

Shipping & orders
Where do you ship?
We offer free standard shipping for eligible orders to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. See our Shipping Policy for details.
When will my order arrive?
When a delivery estimate is available for your address, it appears at checkout or in your order updates. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are fulfilled from inventory stored in the United States.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address used at checkout. It may take some time for the carrier to begin showing movement.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after fulfillment has begun.

Returns & warranty
What is the return policy?
We offer free returns within 90 days of delivery for eligible purchases made directly from UrboriaOrivon.com. Review our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions.
How do I start a return?
Contact us with your order number and the item you would like to return. If the return is eligible, we will provide prepaid return instructions. Please do not send a return to the address on the shipping package unless we instruct you to do so.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number, details about what arrived, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Is there a warranty?
Urboria Orivon mugs purchased directly from UrboriaOrivon.com include a one-year limited warranty. Review the Warranty page for full terms or contact us to start a claim.
