90-Day Free Returns

We offer free returns within 90 days of delivery for eligible purchases made directly from UrboriaOrivon.com.

To start a return, email support@urboriaorivon.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. If your return is eligible, we will provide prepaid return instructions. Do not send an item to the address printed on the shipping package unless our support team tells you to do so.

Eligibility

For a change-of-mind return, the mug must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original protective packaging. Proof of purchase from UrboriaOrivon.com is required. Items purchased from Amazon or another retailer must be returned through that retailer under its policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. These items may be opened; the unused and unwashed requirement does not apply to an approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim. We will provide a prepaid resolution, which may be a replacement or a refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you of the result. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Free standard shipping has no original shipping charge to refund. Optional expedited shipping fees, if offered, are nonrefundable unless the return is caused by our error.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order. Replacements for approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claims depend on inventory availability.

Final-sale, personalized, and gift-card items are nonreturnable if the product page identifies them as such before purchase. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
