One-Year Limited Warranty

Urboria Orivon mugs purchased directly from UrboriaOrivon.com include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date.

What Is Covered

The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal household use. Examples may include a handle or mug body separating without impact, or printed interior artwork failing under the published care instructions. Coverage applies only after we review and approve the claim.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover accidental drops or impact damage; chips, cracks, or breakage caused by misuse; commercial use; unauthorized alteration; normal cosmetic wear; staining; or damage caused by care that conflicts with the product page or care instructions.

How to Make a Claim

Use our contact form within one year of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the full mug and the affected area. Do not dispose of the mug until we complete our review unless keeping it would be unsafe.

Approved Remedy

For an approved claim, Urboria Orivon will provide a replacement or refund at our option. If the same design is unavailable, we may offer an equivalent design or a refund. We cover standard shipping for an approved warranty remedy.

Eligibility

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to a gift recipient who can provide the UrboriaOrivon.com order number. It applies only to mugs purchased directly from UrboriaOrivon.com and delivered within our supported U.S. service area. Purchases from Amazon or another retailer are handled under that retailer’s applicable policy.

This limited warranty is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
