Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping with no order minimum to street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia.

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after shipment. Dates are estimates, not guarantees. At launch, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Free 90-Day Returns

Eligible purchases made directly from UrboriaOrivon.com may be returned free within 90 days of delivery. For a change-of-mind return, the mug must be unused, unwashed, and in its original protective packaging. Approved returns receive prepaid instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. The unused and unwashed requirement does not apply to an approved damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim.
